Our services allow every woman to maximize her workout, because classes and training are tailored to her own body's needs and abilities.

Every Woman offers:
Small, intimate classes, including yoga, low-impact aerobics, belly dance, and more

We offer a variety of classes, from yoga to belly dance and lots of things in between.

Personal training

Several personal trainers are available to members and non-members alike.

We now have Buddy Training too!


Spa services

We are pleased to offer spa services. Our massage therapists and estheticians provide therapeutic massage, Reiki, facials, body treatments, waxing, and more.


SAFE program

The SAFE program is a post-physical therapy fitness program for women. It provides support for post-therapy exercise programs, general instruction and supervision on use of exercise equipment, small group activities focusing on functional abilities (e.g., balance, flexibility, stamina, strength), and a non-judgmental fitness experience promoting body trust and awareness.


Workshops and special events

Sound Meditation with Tibetan Singing Bowls
Fridays, Feb. 10 - March 2, 9:15-9:45 a.m.
4-week series: Members $20, Non-members $32

Allow the soothing sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls to guide you into the calm and centered state of meditation.

The benefits include:
* Reduced tension
* Deep relaxation
* Increased concentration
* Promotion of a balanced and harmonious mind and body

While this is not a beginners' workshop, each session will begin with brief, basic instruction. Meditators of all levels are welcome. The sound of the bowls is deeply relaxing and assists the production of a meditative state, supporting any meditation practice, including mindfulness, mantras, or simply sitting with conscious breath.

Please arrive 5 minutes early. Chairs will be provided, and blankets will be available for those who prefer to sit on the floor.

Partner Yoga

Partner yoga can be practiced with a partner in any setting both indoors and out. Some knowledge of yoga is helpful, but it certainly is not required. Practicing partner yoga allows us to experience each asana from a place of support that we might not be able to find on our own.

Intro to Zumba
