Class Descriptions Belly Dance (Mixed levels) Malia Stretch, strengthen, and build stamina through traditional Middle Eastern dance movement. Warm up with energetic stretching and conditioning exercises, learn basic steps, and progress to combinations. Each class ends with a cool-down stretch. Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Drop-in $10 Belly Dance (Beginning) Malia Get a great workout while you learn the basics of belly dance. This beginning level class also touches on Middle Eastern and North African costuming, music, dance, and the cultures they evolved from. Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Drop-in $10 Belly Dance (Intermediate) Malia Get a great workout while you learn the basics of belly dance. Classes begin with a warm-up stretch. Traditional movement vocabulary is taught in every class. Wednesdays 7:45 - 8:45 p.m. Drop-in $10 Bollywood Basics Vikashni Get a full-body workout and develop flexibility, balance, and strength as you move to the rhythmic beats of this lively form of dance. Class begins with stretching and warm-up, and breaks down combinations of technique and posture. Great for beginners! Fridays 6 - 6:45 p.m. Drop-in $10 Circuit Training Donna Alternate three-minute intervals of cardio and body sculpting to get a great and fun workout. Work at your own level with lots of motivation to challenge yourself and improve. Thursdays 5:30 - 6:35 p.m. Drop-in $10 Conditioning Basics Dana Develop upper body, core, and lower body strength through the use of hand weights, resistance bands, and balls as you complete a variety of gentle conditioning exercises. Tuesdays 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Thursdays 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. Drop-in $10 Hatha Yoga Sue Build balance, strength, flexibility, and stamina using the alignment and precision techniques of the Iyengar method. This class welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners, and adapts to each person's physical abilities. Thursdays 6:45 - 8 p.m. Drop-in $15 Iyengar Yoga Maria Following the Iyengar method, learn the basic poses with proper alignment and precision while building strength, flexibility, stability, focus, and concentration. Great class for beginning and intermediate participants. Mondays 10 - 11:15 a.m. Fridays 10 - 11:15 a.m. Drop-in $15 Pilates Mat ![]() Gloria Improve core strength, balance, and flexibility through Pilates-based toning exercises. Saturdays 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. Drop-in $10 Strength Training Donna Increase muscle tone and strength while improving bone density, skeletal integrity, and metabolism. Finish with a wonderful 15-minute stretch. This class is for all fitness levels, and you will notice improvement each week. Tuesdays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Drop-in $10 Yoga Fundamentals Eileen Learn basic poses, principles of movement and posture, yoga philosophy, relaxation, and breathing techniques. The needs of each individual will be addressed. Mondays 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Drop-in $10 Yoga Therapeutics Serena Learn how to relieve pain using somatic movements, including the Feldenkrais Method and yoga, to release long-held pain patterns in the hips, shoulders, and spine. Finish with restorative yoga techniques and healing meditation. Wednesdays 10:15 - 11:30 a.m. Drop-in $15 Yo'lates Denise A basic blend of movements influenced by yoga and Pilates will lengthen, strengthen, tighten, and tone your muscles. Get a revitalizing boost of energy! Wednesdays 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. Drop-in $10 Zumba ![]() Monica Spice up your exercise routine! Get a great cardio workout while moving to Latin salsa rhythms.
